Virginia Employment Law Negotiates $1.2 Million Settlement - - the "Maximum Total Amount" - - for Roanoke City Police Officers in Overtime FLSA Federal Lawsuit

CBS affiliate WDBJ7 reported on a recent settlement achieved by Virginia Employment Law. After over a year of litigation, the City of Roanoke and the 343 current and former police officers of the Roanoke City Police Department represented by Virginia Employment Law agreed to a $1,200,000.00 settlement including $400,000.00 in attorneys' fees.
