Supreme Court of Virginia Grants Veteran's Appeal

The Supreme Court of Virginia has granted the petition for appeal in the Huff v. Winston case. The case is slated for argument before all seven Justices of the Court during the Court's June, 2016 term. This is the first case brought under USERRA, the federal law protecting the rights of veterans returning home to work, ever heard in the Supreme Court of Virginia.
