Fox News Interviews Tommy on the Presidential Election and Workplace Bullying

Becky Freemal of WFXR Fox News interviewed Tommy regarding the issues of workplace bullying. Given the incendiary speech during the presidential campaign, employers or employees may feel that similar speech is acceptable in the workplace. Not so. As Tommy stated, "Virtually everything a presidential candidate can say leading up to the point of election is going to be protected speech under the First Amendment. This allows them to speak about a wide variety of things and opinions that may be favorable or unfavorable to certain people.
