Virginia Employment Law Settles First Amendment Retaliation Lawsuit Against Bedford County Board of Supervisors

As reported in the Lynchburg News Advance, Virginia Employment Law successfully settled a case of First Amendment employment retaliation and wrongful termination against Bedford County and County leaders. Virginia Employment Law represented former Director of Tourism Gerald Craig who alleged that he had suffered a wrongful termination due to his having engaged in activities protected by the First Amendment. At the time the article was written, the Lynchburg News Advance could not contact Virginia Employment Law attorneys for a comment on the case because we were celebrating on a beach.
