Strelka Law Represents Former Employees of Eldor Automotive in Unpaid Overtime Lawsuit and National Origin Discrimination Claim

As reported by WFXR Fox, Virginia Employment Law represents David Broussard and Matthew Johnson, former employees of Eldor Automotive with claims of unpaid overtime compensation and discrimination on the basis of national origin. David Broussard has filed a collective action seeking to open a class of employees who are entitled to overtime compensation for work performed in the prior three years. Matthew Johnson claims in a Charge of Discrimination filed with the EEOC, that he was discriminated against and terminated by Eldor, an Italian company, because he was a United States Citizen.
