Virginia Employment Law Wins Breach of Contract Jury Trial for Fired Dentist in Richmond Circuit Court

Earlier this year, Virginia Employment Law attorneys Tommy Strelka, Winston West, and Brittany Haddox successfully won a jury trial in Richmond Circuit Court against Richard L. Byrd, DDS, PC. As alleged in the complaint, plaintiff Dr. Jacqueline Carney became alarmed shortly after her hire when she questioned the sterilization practices of the office. Dr. Carney made complaints about hand piece sterilization and the proper sterilization of the water lines. Dr. Carney was terminated from employment and later filed suit.
